other than breathing, and the basics, trumpet playing is all about visualization. If you listen to trumpet players, and understand their sound, and then imagine yourself playing like them, and then trying really hard to make your sound exactly like theirs, then it will happen.
it might take time, but your body gets used to it. ur mind gets used to it.
