YAY! after 3 hours of searching, I finally found a jump rope.

I was reading my bruce lee training book (shut up it's actually pretty cool, lots of cool exercises), and there was the jump rope things he suggested his reader does. I remembered my family having a jump rope somewhere so i started looking for it. After no avail, my brother suggested I make one out of rubberbands, that I did. Rubberbands need to be stiff if u are gonna make a jump rope, mine were too flexible and it didn't work out.

I went back to searching, and I found the jump rope, and it was sweeter than i remembered. Carved wooden handles, ball bearings and a interesting tube-rope-thing for a rope, and it was just sitting on a shelf in some corner somewhere. It's like it was just waiting for me to find it, funny cause I found that i actually put my name on it in like 3rd grade, when i decided to start labeling everything with my name.

so anyways, sweet deal, I stretched out the tube thing so now it's the right length for me, and the rope is all straight again. Now if it gets dark, I don't need to go out and run in the dark, instead I can just jump rope. and according to bruce lee (which although a respectable source, may not be an accurate one): 10 minutes of jump rope is equivilent to 30 minutes of jogging.
