Ego Boost: Kendra

Saving Kevin for last, since he doesn't really want one anyways, I'll do the people who want it first.

Kendra is a tall, slender girl. And her lj icon shows her personality very well: Kinda devious and evil in a mysterious sort of way. lol, jk jk. Kendra is nice and accepting, she doesn't treat people differently (within reasonableness) just because they are weird or do stupid things sometimes. When she's happy, she has a way of making you happy too, she is one of those contagious happy folk.

"It's all fun and games until somebody gets hurt" Well, in terms of Kendra, she'd never hurt anybody, therefore, "It's all fun and games". Considerate, amicable and enthusiastic are all good adjectives to describe kendra.

And drill techno is cool, cause it manages to glorify the really old video games I love so dearly. Tetris! Digger! Mario! You guys might not know it, to you it might just be a familiar melody, but those songs bring back memories for me.

Being in the car with velibor and her was quite a fun experience, and.............. she left her music in the practice room once.. lol

Ok, back to super large work load.

Looking back

Looking back at my rebuttal vs. "Ella's morality = ability to sympathize" claim. I looked at my line of reasoning and saw a small assumption that could be, well, smashed upon. I said that there was no end to sympathy if one were to imploy it, and that society defines morality, AKA the extent of the sympathy. I used examples of many concepts that are abhorrable today, that were considered moral in the past, supporting my claim of society's dominating role.

However, I ommited the possibility of defining a real morality on the spot.

So:
Where does this sympathy end? I hesitated to suggest this possibility before, because of my love in eating meat, because by defining the boundaries of morality, i could make this pleasure of mine become defined as immoral. In fact, I knew of this possibility and avoided it when i was writing.

But does that not make me the same as the slave holders and nazis? They avoided parts of their arguments that were flawed, and they did this for their own personal benefit. And I did the same.

This has been on my mind, and I've been meaning to return to it. And my dream, where I was in the depths of hell, and I decided to bring the meat out with me, kinda catalyzed for me to think about it more seriously. My love for the flesh of other animals led me to bring a part of hell with me. Yes, it was probably my subconcious reminding me to take care of this issue.

Hmm, I'm actually really busy tonight. I'll add more though.
