We have been infected with a disease. This generation was plagued since our early childhoods, slowly building it's roots within us and eating away at our will and concentration. Taking man away from what he was designed to do. What is this plague? You guessed it, electronic entertainment, this being: TV, Movies, Videogames, computer games, radios, etc.
This items give us false experiences that "reward" our cravings faster than our callings, they give us false satisfaction that in the end leaves us hungry. How can one bear the tasks of the average day when they could be battling monsters and saving the world, or living a romance with the most beautiful people? Yet, when we put down our remotes, controleurs and mice, and return to our world only to find dissatisfaction, depression and desolation. Feeling sorry for our little lives when we go to bed, while not doing anything to improve them, and in the next morning failing to fight the craving for easy action again.
All this slowly eats away at our attention spans, we are unable to concentrate on the task. Especially when one can be doing some else action packed, which happens to be false, unsatisfying, but quick to feed. Because of this we are unable to focus, taken away from our potential for greatness, and even our ability to support ourselves to survive in our society.
I say this e-generation has only one hope, one way to rise from the ashes, with wings of flame. We must abstain from our electionic comforts and take the blinding light of the summer sun. Don't worry, the burning pain will only be passing, soon the hot fire will not consume you, but lift you up into the heavens, where u belong. So put down your electionic devices, start soaking up some hot sun, burning some of your chemical energy and feel the burning of your body and brain; when soon your body will not colapse in this heat, but strive, flaming white hot with glory.
