I have a polevault crisis.

My lists of reasons:
1) If I do everything I want to do, I'll be at school from 6:30am to 9:30pm everyday. (I have a consistant >2.5 hour homework load) (polevaulting is 3:00~6:00)
2) My PR last year was the only height I made, 9ft. And I haven't made it this year yet. (I am a male HS sophomore.)
3) I rolled my ankle really bad 2 weeks ago, and I missed "swing week" and a track meet and a week of practices. I never told my coach(s) why I haven't been showing up. (ankle is still giving me shit)
4) Polevaulting is very frustrating because I excel at all our exercises (swings, box plants, etc.) but I lose it once I'm on the run-way.
5) During my absence, I heard that both the freshman have PRed and cleared 9. (our coach's opening height, he doesn't believe in anything lower)
6)I'm going to be playing lead trumpet in a school musical next week, so I will at least miss 1 practice and meet next week.

I don't know what I'm expecting my posting this, but I guess I want some input.
